Born and raised on a small farm in Allegany County,  I  have spent most of my professional life here in western Maryland. in the legal field.  
I am a dedicated general practice attorney committed to providing comprehensive and personalized legal service in  Allegany and Garrett counties, particularly in litigation. 
Understanding the local legal landscape, I will work diligently and efficiently to ensure the best outcomes for my clients, whether individuals or businesses. 
As Chief Judge of the Allegany County Orphans' Court, I am ethically unable to provide any legal services, including consultations, regarding estate planning or probate.
